Truth About Six Pack Abs
How The Truth About Abs Benefited Me
Before I go into details, I want to confess to something, I did not read through the whole 117 pages of information included in the guide, it is simply too long and probably due to the fact that I hate sitting down reading and not taking action, what I did was to skim through what it has to offer. Before the guide, I was already on a routine of my own, and I was interested in finding out the missing link in my routine, so naturally I skipped through the information on how to get abs and went straight down to business.
One thing that I was deeply impressed with the guide was the fact that the author took on fats burning through a different perspective, or methods I should say. If there was one thing that was worth my $39, it was how easy he had made fat burning for me. I was struggling to get rid of those tummy fats for the longest time, but when he explained to me in the guide why cardio was not necessarily the most effective way to go about fats burning, it definitely helped speed up the progress. His unique method was somewhere along the line of utilizing your resting metabolism and higher intensity workout, which did the trick for me, and it was laid out systematically and incorporated in some of the routine he suggested.
The Drawbacks
There is only so much an abs program can teach you no matter what you think, and the Truth about Abs is certainly no different. Even though this guide was 117 pages long, I somehow wish the author had spent more time teaching different home based workout techniques than covered, which I last heard from a reader of mine that he is currently offering an upgrade which includes videos of working out at home, maybe someone could confirm this?
So Is It Worth The $39 Investment?
It’s usually a tough call especially when it involves with putting a price tag on an abs program, and my take on this is that if you’re currently lacking a systematic approach to building abs, then this book alone can help you sort out the various aspect of abs building because it truthfully and dutifully deliver what it promised. If you’re already on some form of program and wonder if this can still help you, it depends on what you’re looking to improve on. As stated this guide is not meant to help you build bigger triceps or biceps, as there are far better guide out there that will cover this.
As far as building abs, developing a healthier diet and learning about various exercises that you’ve only heard about but have no idea what it looks like, this guide will definitely deserve a 5 star rating, your time and investment.
And to prove that, he has also offer a $4.95 trail offer for the public for 21 days, full course, so see it for yourself!
